Payment: Upon acceptance of the agreement, the Client is obligated to provide an agreed-upon deposit to Entertainment Emporium. The outstanding balance will then be settled with the Performer during the Client's event.

 

REFUND POLICY: 

Covid-19 Related Reason

ENTERTAINMENT EMPORIUM UNDERSTANDS THAT DURING COVID-19 BOOKINGS MAY NEED TO BE CANCELLED. THE FOLLOWING POLICY HAS BEEN CREATED TO ENSURE ALL PARTIES INVOLVED ARE TAKEN CARE OF.

A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE THE DATE & TIME OF YOUR BOOKING. SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD, AND A CREDIT NOTE WILL BE ISSUED. THIS CREDIT CAN BE UTILIZED AT ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE FOR ANY AVAILABLE ENTERTAINMENT OPTION, EQUIVALENT TO THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT.

 

Other Reason

The Entertainment Emporium recognizes that unexpected situations may arise, leading to the need for the cancellation of a party reservation. Refunds, contingent upon a $30 Administrative Fee, will be granted up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Failure to provide advanced notice will result in the retention of the deposit fee, which remains available for application towards a future party arrangement.

Under no circumstances will EE kids parties or performers be liable for any loss, damages or consequential loss of whatsoever nature as a result of any non-performance or inadequate performance by a Performer at the Client’s Function.
